Active Ostomates
Active Ostomates are individuals who pursue active, healthy living lifestyles and have undergone diversionary surgery for their bowel or urinary systems. Many have also survived cancer, inflammatory bowel disease or live with a disability.
This page is dedicated to all of these people who demonstrate that focus on ability rather than obstacle leads to better quality of life. These people are all living the motto: Transforming Obstacles into Inspiration.
